📦 Custom Production & Printing (Handling Time)

Because every item at Sisterhood Travels Shop is custom-printed and made-to-order, your items require production time before they can be shipped.

Fulfillment window: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our production team to print, quality-check, and package your order. Our printing facilities operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will begin production on the following business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. The price you see at checkout is the real carrier rate from our fulfillment partner. We do not add markup or handling fees.

United States: standard shipping typically arrives 3 to 4 business days after your order is fulfilled, so most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of purchase.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union.

✈️ International Orders

International orders are printed at the facility closest to you whenever possible. Many orders to the UK and Europe are printed locally, which means faster delivery and fewer import surprises. Depending on your destination, international standard delivery typically takes 5 to 20 business days after fulfillment. Your exact estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or carrier processing fees charged by your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in your checkout total, and are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused because of customs charges, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

A contact phone number is collected at checkout so the carrier can reach you about your delivery.

📍 Worldwide Fulfillment & Tracking

To ensure your items are printed and shipped as efficiently as possible, we partner with Printful to fulfill our orders. Your items will be dispatched directly from the closest regional printing facility relative to your delivery address.

As soon as your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

🛑 Lost or Incorrect Addresses

Sisterhood Travels Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier or reach out to us at info@sisterhoodtravels.com within 7 days.
