🛒 All Sales Are Final

At Sisterhood Travels Shop, every item is custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you the moment you buy it. Because we do not maintain a physical warehouse inventory of pre-printed stock, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Incorrect sizing choices (please review the size charts on the product pages before checking out)

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only issue replacements or refunds if your product arrives physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item or size.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

📧 How to Request a Replacement

If your item is damaged or defective, email us at info@sisterhoodtravels.com with:

  1. Your original Order Number
  2. A clear, well-lit photo of the defect or transit damage
  3. A clear photo of the sizing tag (only if the wrong size was shipped)
Once verified, we will print and ship a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
🚨 Note: Do not mail items back to our address without written authorization. Unexpected packages will be rejected.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@sisterhoodtravels.com to begin an EU return.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take extra time to post funds. If 15 business days have passed since approval, reach out to us at info@sisterhoodtravels.com.
